Postgreの・・・PGSQL.5432"?エラー解決法

MacOS(Sierra)でPostgreをいじっていると3ヶ月〜半年に1度位のペースで

psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
    Is the server running locally and accepting
    connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

と出ることがある。チィ〜

解決法

そんなときにはこの一行で解決する。

rm /usr/local/var/postgres/postmaster.pid

もう2回ほど命を救っていただいているので記録に残します。
